When do we use the past
perfect tense ?
متى نستعمل الفعل الماضى التام ؟
to
describe an action in the past happened before another action in the past :-
لوصف حدث فى الماضى حصل قبل حدث اخر فى الماضى :-
1\after I had eaten (eat) my lunch , I watched (watch) t.v.
2\ she went (go) to
bed after she had done (do) her homework.
3\ before I watched (watch)
t.v , I had eaten (eat) my lunch.
4\ I had said (say)
Bismillah before I started (start) eating.
5\ the train had left ( leave ) before I arrived (arrive) at the station .
